**Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy:**
1. Return and Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders – PAN India):
At DhaagaDiaries, we strive for your utmost satisfaction with our products. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for your entire order or specific items within it within ten days from the date of delivery.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team through WhatsApp at +91-7015174028 or email us at [email protected], stating your concern. Kindly note that if the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be responsible for the return logistics charges. Please ensure the product’s original receipt is included, and the item is unused with intact tags.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited to your DhaagaDiaries Wallet as store credit, available for future purchases with us. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds or e-payments to your bank account.
2. Return and Exchange Policy (International Orders):
For our international orders, we also accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team through WhatsApp at +91-7015174028 or email us at [email protected]. As with domestic orders, the buyer will be responsible for return logistics charges, including postage, custom/import duties, and other applicable fees.
Smooth Custom Clearance:
For hassle-free custom clearance, please ensure you provide accurate name, address, and PIN code information when returning from an international destination.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy (Domestic Orders – PAN India):
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or modify your order, and we are here to assist you.
Requesting a Cancellation or Modification:
To request a cancellation or modification, kindly contact our dedicated Customer Support Team. However, please note that cancellations or modifications are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Exceptions to Request:
Modifications may depend on product availability, and customization orders cannot be modified once they are in process.
Refund for Pre-paid Orders:
For pre-paid orders, any excess amount paid will be refunded to your DhaagaDiaries Wallet, providing you with store credit for future purchases.
4. Cancellation and Modification Policy (International Orders):
For international orders, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance with cancellations or modifications. As with domestic orders, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse.
